The company Typolac was founded in 1924 by W. Flören in Mönchengladbach - Rheydt.

The Druckerei Flören Company was founded by Wilhelm Flören in Mönchengladbach - Rheydt in 1924. The company introduced the TYPOLAC process in 1959, today this is an indispensable component of the printing range.

The steadily increasing order volume led to the decision in 1969 to build the company complex on the left in the then-new industrial estate Giesenkirchen.
